Q: Just wondering if you know whether the heat pump grant is available to landlords for rental properties or is it just if you live there?
A: Currently all homeowners, including landlords, whose homes were built and occupied before 2006 can apply for a grant. Details on the size of the grant for each dwelling/living arrangement will become clearer over the next few weeks following the Minister’s announcement today, which you can read about here.
